Funky Ink Prints is a local full service promotional printing company. Our goal is to provide innovative screen printing with a very close eye on detail of print, quality, and feel of the finished product.

We work together with anyone who is looking for screen printing and Promotional Products, Printing Brokers, Schools, Businesses, and all kinds of Events.

Order Of  Production Operation:

  • Please run through the info below as it will answer a lot of questions and give you information about our operations. 

  • Fill out a "Contact" or "Custom Order Quote" form. This gets the ball rolling and we can then contact you with any questions. Please browse our online products catalogs to see what you want to print on, or we can make suggestions. 

  • You will then receive Pricing, and a digital "Print Proof" shown as it will be printed, you will receive up to two edits on the digital "Print Proof" at no charge. Additional edits will be a $30.00 art charge. Please see "Art Files and Design Charges" below.

  • Once you have approved the "Print Proof" & pricing we will get started on your order. 

  • Once your order is ready, we will send an Invoice and notification of your order to be picked up. Invoices must be paid before or at pick up.

Cost of printing: 

The cost of printing your unique job will depend on several specific factors. The number of colors, locations, total items to print, and which garments you choose all factor into the price. The best way to figure it out is to give us as many details you can on your project before we do your job proof. 

Broker Printing & Pricing:

Broker printing is one of our specialties as we have structured our company to offer competitive rates, with broker pricing and drop shipping available. We have a 14-color automatic screen print press that makes for quick turnaround times and full graphic design capabilities.

Ordering:

Our minimum order size is 36 pieces. This can be a combination of sizes and styles, if they all have the same exact print in the same color. If you want to change the ink color in your design, there is a $10 color change fee per screen per color change. You must order a minimum of 18 in each color combination. For example, if you have 18 white tees getting a 1 color black print and 18 black tees getting a 1 color white print you would be charged for 1 color change from white to black print.

Approval of job proof:

After receiving your artwork, we will make you a job proof with your design as it will be printed. This job proof must be approved before the job is printed. Check for correct colors, spelling, placement, etc. Included in the standard pricing are up to 2 additional edits to the proof. Any edits beyond that will be subject to a $30 art fee. We are not responsible for mistakes on proofs that have been approved by the customer.

Art files and design charges:

We prefer to have your artwork as an Adobe Illustrator or vector file. When this is not possible, please send us the best quality file you have. JPEG images should be at least 300 dpi. If your art file is of poor quality, we may need to recreate the image. This will be a $30.00 art fee. If you give us a drawing, photograph, old tee shirt, or any other non-digitized type of art, or want us to create the artwork for you we charge $50.00 an hour for personalized art. We can mix specific Pantone colors for your print job. Please let us know before you approve the job proof if you have a specific Pantone color we should note. If you do not, we will do our best to screen match the color to your approved digital proof color.

Turnaround time for orders:

We usually have a 7 to 10 business day turnaround time for print jobs from the time that you approve your job proof. This is standard, but subject to change. We will inform you if the turnaround time is longer in our busy season. If you have a specific due date that you need to have your project in hands by, please let us know this in your initial contact. If you need your order sooner than our typical 7 to 10 business day turnaround, a rush fee may apply (see below). We will do our best to meet your due dates, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen interruptions due to weather, vendor errors, shipping errors, or back ordered garments. If we know in advance that something in your order is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you to make changes to the order.

 Rush orders:

If you need to have your order completed faster than our normal turnaround time, your order will be subject to a rush fee of $35.00 for 3-5 days sooner and $50.00 for 1-3 days sooner. Let us know when your due date is, and we will see if it is possible to meet your rush job.

Payments:

In most cases Payments are due IN FULL before or at pick up. We may request that you pay at least 50% of the total invoice on large run jobs, the remainder can be paid at or before pickup.  There is a $10.00 late charge applied on all invoices that are overdue. We accept cash, check, credit card payments.

Quality control:

We do our best to inspect the blank garments that come in, but we are not responsible for garment inconsistencies or defects that come from the manufacturer. We recommend high quality brands that tend to have fewer defects, but we cannot place a guarantee on each garment. We do not normally do printed samples, but if this is a must for your project, we can discuss it and work out a price.

machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not iron directly onto prints.

Social media:

We often share photos of printed items and happenings around the shop on social media, as well as on our website. Please notify us by the time you approve your order if you do NOT want images of your print project shared on the internet. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have permission to post our photos of your project online.

Our guarantee:

If you have any questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to ask us before placing your order! The goal is for everything to be clearly laid out, so the customer knows what to expect with no surprises! We stand behind all the work we do, so if there is a mistake or problem not addressed in these policies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to reprint or replace it after discussion. We want everyone to be happy!
